Dear BCOC Family & Friends,

We hope this note finds you well and filled with honor. Below is an update for BCOC’s upcoming services.

We want you to know that God instructed us to make two decisions at the beginning of COVID- 19.  The first decision was to create a safe place so that each family member could come to church and participate. The second decision was to honor our community, state and national leaders.   On Thursday, July 2, 2020 we received new guidance from our state leader Governor Abbot when he issued Executive Order 29.  He placed upon the citizens of Texas a requirement to wear face masks (for all counties with 20 or more cases). It is our desire to honor our leaders and to create a safe place so everyone can join in. Therefore, we are modifying our service guidelines beginning this Sunday morning, July 5, 2020.

Sunday Morning Services:

  1. BCOC will continue to hold in person service on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
  2. You do NOT need to RSVP
  3. Face masks WILL be required for the entire service for everyone 10 years old and up. This means we will wear them into the church and during the entire service. (Note: This face-covering requirement does not apply to any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering.)
  4. Please practice social distancing while on the property at BCOC.

Wednesday Evening Services: Moving Online Only Beginning July 8, 2020

Wednesday evening services will move to online. We will not meet in the sanctuary for our mid-week service. Join us online beginning this Wednesday, July 8, 2020 via FB live or bcocchurch.org.

We appreciate each of you for your kindness and how you have looked out for each other in these challenging days.  Stay close to Jesus, contend for honor, and sing a new song.  See you Sunday.

If you have any questions or need prayer, feel free to call us at 512-321-2273 or email us at monica@bcocchurch.org.

Blessings,

Pastor Scott & Maureen, Joan and Mary
